• For customized products, please ensure all personalization details are correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

2. Order Processing & Payment

• Orders are processed after full payment is received.

• Custom orders may take additional processing time, which will be communicated clearly during checkout or confirmation.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer delivery across the UAE. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and order type.

• Perla Gifts UAE is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns on custom orders unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

• For non-custom products, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving the item if it is unused and in original packaging.

5. Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placement. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
